Welcome to Tab Solution. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

1. About us

Tab Solution, founded by Aftab Pathan and based in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, provides (a) business systems, automation, MIS dashboards and web software, and (b) insurance advisory and distribution services.

2. Software and automation services

• The scope, timeline and fees of each project are set out in a written quotation, proposal or agreement, which prevails over anything on this website.
• Figures from website calculators (ROI, cost of manual work, quote estimates) and demo dashboards are illustrative only and are not a guarantee of savings, results or final price.
• Systems are built on the client's own accounts (such as Google Workspace). The client is responsible for their accounts, users, passwords and the accuracy of data entered.
• Clients must give timely information, access and feedback; delays on the client's side may extend timelines.
• Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the client owns their data and the final deliverables once payment is complete, while we retain ownership of our general know-how, tools and reusable components.

3. Insurance services — important disclaimers

• Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation.
• The insurance contract is between you and the insurance company. We act as an intermediary and are not the insurer. Coverage, exclusions, premium, waiting periods and claim settlement are governed by the insurer's policy wording.
• Any plan, premium or benefit we share is indicative until the insurer accepts your proposal and issues the policy. Premiums may change with underwriting.
• We do not guarantee that any claim will be approved or settled; that decision rests with the insurer.
• You must disclose all material facts (including health, vehicle and property details) truthfully and completely. Incorrect or concealed information can lead to rejection of a claim or cancellation of the policy.
• Please read the policy document, including the free-look period and exclusions, carefully after you receive it.
• Premium should be paid directly to the insurer or through the insurer's authorised payment channel, as per the receipt/proposal. Always ask for an official receipt or policy document.
• For policy grievances you may also approach the insurer's grievance cell, the IRDAI Bima Bharosa portal, or the Insurance Ombudsman.

4. Fees and payments

Fees for software projects are as agreed in writing. Taxes (such as GST) apply as per law. For insurance, the premium is charged by the insurer; any service fee we charge, if applicable, will be disclosed to you in advance. Fees already paid for work done are non-refundable unless the agreement says otherwise.

5. Confidentiality

We treat your business and personal information as confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy and any signed NDA.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, copy or scrape content in bulk, or use our services for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The Tab Solution name, logo, website design, text and graphics are our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

8. Third-party services and links

We rely on third-party platforms (for example Google Workspace, WhatsApp, insurers' portals). We are not responsible for their availability, changes, or policies.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website and its information are provided "as is" for general purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tab Solution is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit or data, or for decisions taken solely on the basis of website content, estimates or demos. Our total liability for any claim relating to a software project is limited to the fees paid for that project. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end services if these terms are breached or payment is overdue. Either party may end a project as per the written agreement; amounts due for work completed remain payable.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer or insurance-ombudsman remedies, the courts at Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar), Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the updated version applies from the "Last updated" date shown above.
